Utover normal arbeidstid har vi for mange av våre kunder inngått en vedlikehold og serviceavtale basert på Statens standardavtaler for IT- anskaffelser SSA-V, utferdiget av difi Direktoratet for forvaltning og IKT. For en rekke av våre kommunale institusjoner har vi avtaler hvor vi daglig remotely kontrollerer og overvåker installasjonene ned på hvert enkelt produkt.
